Q: What is the cost of your service?

A: Since every job is different, it is difficult to give an exact estimate "sight unseen", though we do provide a clear overview of our prices on our pricing page.

Q: How much work is involved for the customer?

A: None. We do all the work, you aren't required to touch a thing except let us know what needs to be done.

Q: Do you remove all demolished debris?

A: Yes, our prices includes both demolition, removal,  and final clean-up. We can also hall in fill dirt, etc. just let us know what you want done.

Q: Are discounts given to repeat customers?

A: Yes, we gladly provide discounts on our prices to benefit repeat customers. See our pricing page for details.

Q: Do you accept Visa and Mastercard, or allow payments?

A: No, right now we only accept checks or cash. Some high volume commercial accounts can be set up for Net terms with prior approval.

Q: Are you bonded, licensed, and insured?

A: Yes we are.

Q. Do I have to be home when you do the work?

A: No, as long as you let us know exactly what you want done beforehand.  You do not need to be present when we are working unless you prefer to be there.

Q: Is there anything you don't take?

A: We do not take any hazards' materials.  Usually if it is listed as hazards' and is not allowed at the local dump, then we can not take it.  but always call and check first.

Q: Is there a special handling charge for recycling of my discarded materials?

A: Yes and No, there is a charge for recycling some items with Freon and tires, yet some items like asphalt and rock are recycled without cost to our clients.

Q: Do you provide same day service?

A: Yes, whenever possible we do, but please call us before noon to allow us the time necessary to schedule our crew.
